Questi bocconcini di salsiccia di Cinta sono messi sott’olio con la sola aggiunta di sale di Cervia, pepe e poco aglio, pronti per essere gustati, magari per un ricco antipasto, accompagnati da delle verdure sott’olio ed un buon pecorino.

This represents an alternative way to taste the products of this swine in natural state characterized by a firm and savoury meat, bred and fed in natural way with what the nature offers to it during the long walks on the fields of Savigni farm, from years specialized in the breeding of this ancient Tuscan race.

These titbits of sausage of Cinta Senese are put in oil with the only addition of salt from Cervia, pepper and a little bit of garlic, ready to be tasted, also like a rich appetizer, together with vegetables in oil and a good Pecorino cheese.[:]
